Please note, reservations requests for 1 night are only accepted 2 days before arrival.

Each bedroom includes:

• A king size bed (180 x 200 cm) (except for the Les Dentelles bedroom, which has a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm)
• Air conditioning
• Safe
• Hairdryer
• Bathrobes
• Occitane en Provence body care products
• Bed linen and sheets
• Towels for the pool
• Free Wi-Fi

Practical details regarding the bedrooms:

• All prices are quoted in euros on a per night, per room basis.
• Breakfast for two is included in the price.
• Breakfast is served between 9 and 10.30am.
• Bedrooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
• All our bedrooms are non-smoking throughout.
• The embroidered sheets and towels are changed every second day during your stay.
• The bathrooms are stocked with Occitane en Provence soap, shower gel, shampoo and body milk.
• The power supply is 230 volts. Adaptors are available on request.
• For our guest’s peace and quiet, pets are not allowed.
• Our guesthouse and bedrooms are NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.
• Sauna sessions and massages may be booked at our health and beauty centre

Your reservation will be confirmed by us upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the full price of your stay. Payment may be made using credit card; Visa, Mastercard or French CB cards, NO American Express. The balance is payable upon arrival.

Cancellations:

We stronlgy suggest to have a travel insurance, covering cancellation costs as well. In case of cancellation, we will try our utmost to rent the room for the cancelled period again.

In case we succeed we will fully reimburse the 30% down payment.

Cancellations occurring between the booking date and up to 31 days before your arrival date: 30% of the full price of your stay is payable.

Cancellations occurring between 30 days before your arrival date up to the day of arrival: 100% of the full price of your stay is payable.

No shows: 100% of the full price of your stay is payable.

Early departures: 100% of the full price of your stay is payable.

The sending of your credit card details constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as acting as a final confirmation of your reservation.
